Who we are: The owner, Hailey Perkins, has committed her heart and soul to pet nutrition. After years working with pet’s in kennels and grooming and sports, over and over she found that nutrition was a major factor in their quality of life. The store manager, Jason Rigler, has been in the dog industry for 18 years, training, teaching, performing and competing. Keeping his dogs healthy has been a lifelong focus.
Both have been all over the country and world sharing their passions and love of dogs. In fact you can regularly see Jason on ESPN2 doing the play by play for various dog sports.
What we do: Our focus is on healthier pets, one meal at a time. Roo’s takes great care in selecting brands, treats, food and more that fit a very strict criteria of ingredients and trust in the brand. Pet owners should visit to discover new options and take home some free samples. Well behaved pets on leash are welcome in the store.
What we say: We want to make the pets in our community and their humans happy for many years. Avoiding or healing serious allergies and digestive issues starts and ends with a healthy gut. Then we can work on their mind and body through training and games.
Other stuff: We provide quality foods and treats at a range of costs and offer frequent specials, discounts and rewards. Various small class dog training will be starting soon.
