2 oz. Jeptha Creed 6-year Wheated KY Straight Bourbon
½ oz. St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
½ oz. Cointreau
2 oz. fresh-squeezed orange juice
1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into shaker tin with ice. Shake thoroughly, and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange wheel. Enjoy!

¼ oz. Absinthe
½ oz. Luxardo Cherry Juice,
1 egg white,
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
Garnish with nutmeg
Instructions
Combine all ingredients over ice into shaker tin. Shake thoroughly. Double strain into one half of your shaker and remove ice from tin, shake again without ice. Strain into coupe glass and top with ground nutmeg.

1.75 oz strawberry raspberry hibiscus tea
0.25 oz rosemary syrup
Fill a coupe glass with pebble ice to start the chilling process. Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin. Shake approximately 10 seconds. Dump ice from coupe glass. Strain cocktail with a Hawthorne strainer into the chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig..
The Trifecta
2 oz. bourbon
0.75 oz. lemon juice
0.5 oz. hot honey
1 bar spoon apricot jam
Sweet, spice, and citrus! Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin. Shake approximately 15-20 seconds. Strain the cocktail with a hawthorne strainer into a rocks glass. Garnish with dehydrated candied lemon wheel.
Rose Julep
2 oz. bourbon
1/2 oz. rose simple syrup
4-6 fresh mint leaves
Crushed ice
In a julep cup or glass, muddle the mint leaves with the rose syrup. Fill the cup with crushed ice and pour the bourbon over the ice. Stir gently until the glass becomes frosty. Garnish with a mint sprig
