    Join the Shelby County Extension Office for a new six-week series of arthritis foundation approved exercises to increase strength, flexibility and balance. The series begins at 11 a.m. today at the Shelby County Extension Office. Classes meet at 11 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. The cost for the six-week series is $25. This class is free to Healthways Silver Sneakers program participants. Please call 633-4593 to register and for more information.
