SIMPSONVILLE CITY COMMISSION: Budget passes, sees $128K increase over 2017-18

The Simpsonville City Commission passed its 2018-2019 budget at its regular meeting on April 17. 

The budget estimates a total of $4,286,000 in general fund income, with more than half of the city’s general revenue carried over from last year’s budget and $290,000 from ad valorem tax. The budget further estimates the city will have $310,500 in its restricted fund, $83,010 in its road fund, $257,100 in its park fund and $992,500 in its sewer fund.
