DUI

Joshua C. Edwards, 21, of 585 Paddock Lane in Simpsonville was arrested May 22 at Paddock Lane and Todds Point Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, second-degree wanton endangerment, reckless driving and second-degree criminal mischief.

 

Drugs

Anthony Howell Jr., 20, of Simpsonville was arrested May 25 on Fibles Run Court and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), second-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (drug unspecified), first offense, and receiving stolen property, $10,000 or more.

 

Theft

Christopher L. Norton, 31, of 919 Bland Ave. was arrested May 24 at 500 Taylorsville Road and charged with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).

 

Domestic Violence

Tonya M. Miller, 39, of 80 Frankfort Road was arrested May 22 at that address and charged with second-degree assault (domestic violence).

Jonathan Harris, 23, of 209 Merriweather Ave. in Eminence was arrested May 13 on Midland Trail and charged with a violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.

 

Other

Brandy Rion, 32, of 106 3rd Street in Simpsonville was arrested May 22 on Shelbyville Road and charged with resisting arrest, second-degree fleeing and evading on foot, giving a false name or address to an officer. She was also served with a Shelby County warrant of an unspecified nature.

 

Warrants

Matthew T. Wells, 27, of 1000 Detention Road was served May 27 at the Shelby County Detention Center with a Shelby County warrant for a felony offense of an unspecified nature.

Montez L. Bowen, 32, of 1000 Detention Road was served May 29 at the Shelby County Detention Center with a Shelby County warrant for first-degree wanton endangerment.

Ladraper Morris, 31, of 233 Rolling Ridge Way in Simpsonville was served May 25 at the Shelby County Detention Center with a Shelby County warrant for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine).

Cody O. Tucker, 25, of 1000 Detention Road was served May 25 at the Shelby County Detention Center with a Shelby County warrant for second-degree burglary and second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.

Anthony W. Manning, 31, of 1000 Detention Road was served May 25 with a Shelby County warrant for third-degree burglary and theft of a controlled substance.

Mitchell Stafford, 49, of 113 Hotel St. in Bagdad was served May 25 at the Shelby County Detention Center with a Shelby County warrant of unspecified charges.

Zachary Calvert, 22, of 636 10th St. was arrested May 24 at the Judicial Center on a Shelby County warrant of unspecified charges.
