Rockets roll past Bullitt East, 63-15

The SCHS football team put on an offensive show Friday. After scoring a total of 99 points in three games to start the season, the Rockets (3-1) exploded for 63 points in a 48-point win, 63-15, over the Chargers (2-3) at Robert Doyle Stadium. The Chargers got on the board first, getting a 37-yard TD off a busted play and then converting two-point conversion after a bad snap. From there it was all Shelby County. Junior Quarterback Branden Cresap threw five TD passes and Edwin Thomas added a touchdown run as the Rockets’ scored 42 unanswered points.
