Bryan Station, and especially running back Tevin McCaden, proved to be too much for the SCHS football team Friday.

McCaden had 37 carries for 272 yards – 162 coming in the second half – and four touchdowns to lead the Defenders to a 38-26 victory.

“He’s a good back, and he finds holes,” SCHS Coach Todd Shipley said. “He has tremendous cutback ability.

McCaden picked up 162 of his yards and three of his touchdowns in the second half as the Defenders (2-0) held off Shelby County (0-1).
