Collins graduate Branden Cresap threw for 303 yards and five touchdowns (which tied his school record) to lead Lindsey Wilson College’s football team to a 39-20 victory at Kentucky Wesleyan on Saturday night in Owensboro.

Cresap, a junior, completed 20 of 42 passes, including TD throws of 59, 3, 10, 32 and 32 yards. The final one of those was to fellow Collins alum Tavis Elzy, who finished with two receptions for 41 yards.

Not to be outdone, LWC sophomore linebacker Michael Brooks had two pass interceptions. He also had three tackles (including half a sack).
