Collins no longer in King of the Bluegrass
Collins High School has been replaced by Jeffersontown in the King of the Bluegrass basketball tournament. With touted sophomore Darryl Hicks figuring to be part of the Titans' team, Collins was an early invitee to this prestigious event. But Hicks transfered to Trinity, and the school has been released from its contract. Jeffersontown, fueled by its own flow of out-of-state transfers, is expected to be a state championship contender this year.
