While a resident was out of town last week, someone broke into their apartment and stole nearly $10,000 worth of items.
Police say the burglary occurred between 8a.m. on Nov. 14 and 3 p.m. on Nov. 18, at an apartment complex on the 700th block of Marian Village Drive.
The theft broke in through the back door, gaining entry and damaging the door in the process.
The burglar stole three flat panel televisions, a laptop computer, a camcoders, footwear, perfume and several pieces of jewelry.
The stolen property is valued at over $9000.
