    Alfredo Lopez of 171 Kentucky St. No. 2 was arrested Dec. 15 at Isaac Shelby Drive and Shelbyville Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs under aggravating circumstances, first offense and no operator’s license.

    Rogelio Esquirel Flores, 42, of 113 Nora Ave was arrested Dec. 1 at Old Finchville Road and Midland Trail and charged with DUI, first offense and careless driving.

    DUI

    Dwayne Calvin Boline, 58, of 109 Ada Ave. was arrested Sept. 29 on Ada Avenue and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, third offense, under aggravating circumstances and driving on a DUI-suspended license, first offense.

    Thao Minh Phan, 43, of 11110 Sewell Drive in Louisville was arrested Aug. 2 on I-64 and charged with Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense.

    DUI

    Tanna R. Malone, 31, of 138 Sherry Drive was arrested July 25 on Mount Eden Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, second offense and second-degree disorderly conduct.

    Griselda Patricia Banuzlos-Abela, 30, of 218 A St. was arrested July 27 at 4th and Washington streets and charged with no operator’s license and speeding.

    DUI

    Fonesha Deshon Thompson, 42, of 314 Cherrywood Ave. was arrested July 13 at Washington and 11th streets and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, giving a false name to an officer, possessing an open alcoholic beverage container in a vehicle and operating on a suspended operator’s license.

    DUI

    Sophear Seng, 37, of 1501 Cedar Court in Simpsonville was arrested Oct. 21 on I-64 and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, first offense, reckless driving and failure to yield right of way to an emergency vehicle.

    Warrants

    Robin L. Henry, 51, of 1305 Dotland Circle was arrested Sept. 26 at that address on a Shelby County warrant for an unstated charge.

    Daniel D. Nall, 40, of 3804 Weavers Run Road in Shepherdsville was served Sept. 30 at the Shelby County Detention Center with a Shelby County warrant for an unstated charge.

    Cody O. Tucker, 26, of 302 Reasor Ave. in Taylorsville was served Sept. 13 at the Shelby County Detention Center with a Shelby County warrant for an unstated charge.

    Ricardo Garcia, 30, of 604 Matterhorn Drive was arrested Sept. 14 on Matterhorn Court and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense.

    Stephen R. Fox Jr., 23, of 1616 Cherry Lane was arrested Sept. 28 on Cherry Lane and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, first offense, reckless driving and failure to notify the Department of Transportation of an address change.

    Ovidio Diaz, 37, of 4010 Lake Jerico Road in Smithfield was arrested Aug. 29 on La Grange Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, first offense, reckless driving, no operator's license and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a vehicle, resisting arrest and second-degree fleeing and evading police in a motor vehicle.

  • Shelby County Sheriff’s Warrants Sept. 6, 2013

    Elvis T. Smith, 28, of 117 Alton Road was arrested July 30 at 401 Main St. on a Shelby County warrant for an unstated charge.

    Robert S. Newton, 33, of 827 Bland Ave. was arrested July 25 at 401 Main St. on Shelby County warrants for driving too slow for traffic conditions and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.

    Troy Rosenberry, 21, of the Shelby County Detention Center was served July 25 at that facility with Shelby County warrants for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
