  • Shelby County Grand Jury Indictments Oct. 9, 2013

    Joshua Wayne Noe, 27, of 1103 Mailback Way in Crestwood was indicted for theft by unlawful taking over $10,000 and third-degree burglary.

    Reginald D. Glenn-Cleveland, 25, of 108 Berea St. was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine) and first-degree assault.

    Gregory G. Newton, 23, of 414 Sycamore Terrace was indicted for first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy and first-degree unlawful imprisonment.

    Joe Bryant Dixie, 33, of 248 Hillcrest Drive in Eminence was indicted for first-degree attempted robbery of an individual.

    William D. Dial, 26, of 510 Spring St.  was indicted for theft by deception over $500, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument (2 counts), theft by deception under $10,000 and operating on a suspended operator’s license.

    Francis E. Middleton IV, 49, of 600 Henry Clay St. was indicted on 2 counts of receiving stolen property under $10,000.

    Brittany Smith, 23, of the Kentucky Correctional Institute for Women, was indicted for third-degree assault.

    Bobby Bard Whitlock Jr., 38, of 600 Old Frankfort Circle in Lexington was indicted for second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

  • Shelby County Grand Jury Indictments June 5, 2013

    James Aaron Clark, 32, of 1097 Degaris Mill Road No. 21 in Georgetown was indicted for third-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking, second-degree criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking under $10,000 and theft by unlawful taking (firearm).

    April Delane Engler, 61, of 3672 St. John Road in Frankfort was indicted for theft by unlawful taking under $10,000.

    Brizuela Guadalupe, 36, of 171 Kentucky St. No. 6 was indicted Aug. 22 on 2 counts of making false statements/misrepresentations in order to receive public assistant benefits.
