  • Cornerstone student in geography bee

    Cornerstone Christian Academy students participated in the ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International) geography bee and all students who participated received either a good or excellent ribbon. Eighth grade students Doug Jessee (from left), Ariel Umholtz and Calvin Lee all advanced to the Top 10 round. Umholtz placed second overall.

Sheila Fawbush, of the Shelby County Extension Office, led the event, with the children and parents making and eating 3 different kinds of healthy snacks.
