    of Shelbyville was named to the dean's list at Illinois Central College for the fall 2015 semester.   • Goodloe earns doctoral degree

    James-Etta Goodloeof Shelbyville earned her doctor of education degree in higher education and adult learning from Walden University's Richard W. Riley College of Education and Leadership.Walden’s Richard W. Riley College of education and leadership is accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE). She holds a master of education from Carroll University, a bachelor of art from Ottawa University and an associate of art from Western Kentucky University. She is a 1989 graduate of Shelby County High School.

  • Mr. and Miss St. Catharine crowned

    Shelby Floyd, senior, and Catie Wibbels, freshman, were crowned the 2016 Mr. & Miss St. CatharineCollege. Catie is daughter of Scott and Jackie Wibbels of Shelbyville. St Catharine College Student Government Association is an active student organization working on behalf of the students at St Catharine College. The college is located in Springfield.
