  • Southern Gospel duet

South Of Heaven Ministries, a Southern Gospel duet, won the 2011 People’s Choice Award for local group/band in Frankfort. They also have been selected to perform at the Sherman Oaks Christian Music Festival in Dandridge, Tenn. in September. The group’s members include Lisa Agee and Donna Parker of Shelby County, who are sisters and have been singing gospel music together since childhood. They are the daughters of the late Loetta Lou Kendall-Downey and granddaughters of the late Shelby “Snook” and Virginia “Florence” Kendall.
