Chocolate Stroll through Shelbyville
SMART is sponsoring a Chocolate Stroll through the shops of downtown Shelbyville at 2-5 p.m. on Saturday, which is known as “Small Business Saturday.” You can participate by visiting any downtown shop to pick up a validation card and get your first of many free chocolates. Then visit the rest of the shops to see what they have to offer. With a full card, you can go to CJ’s Candies, where you will be registered to win a gift basket. The entire process is free.
