A Shelby County Grand Jury has indicted a Louisville woman on 22 counts of embezzling amounts greater than $300 at a time from William "Bill" Hysinger Sr., co-founder and partner in the real estate development firm Icon Properties LLC.
According to a Shelby County Sheriff's report, Hysinger, who is also known for his Hooters restaurant chain, lost a total of $22,806.74 from a series of thefts made from his accounts from May 2007 through November 2007 by accountant/bookkeeper Bobby Robeson, 56.
