Woman charged with getting prescriptions illegally

Kennethia R. Lysher, 37, of Shelbyville, has been indicted by the Shelby County Grand Jury on 72 counts of unauthorized procurement of a controlled substance.

Lysher was arrested Aug. 4 at Smith-McKinney Drug Store and charged by police with obtaining a prescription by fraudulent means. She was indicted by the grand jury on Wednesday.
