Trims & Whims: Expanded annual event supports scholarship funds

For the 31st year Trims & Whims will set up shop in Shelby County, raising money for local scholarships during its run today and Saturday at Wright Elementary School.

“We have a lot of new vendors to go along with several of our returning favorites,” said Joanna Freels, the co-chair of the event for Alpha Delta Kappa, the teachers’ sorority that puts on the yearly event.
