Trial dates set for Poole, Stump

Two persons accused of felonies were scheduled for trail dates Monday during appearances in Shelby County Circuit Court.

A jury trial has been scheduled for April 10 for Linda Poole, a Bagdad woman who was indicted in February for embezzling more than $110,000 from her employer.

Poole, 57, was indicted on 11 counts of theft by unlawful taking of more than $10,000, two counts of theft by unlawful taking by disposition and seven counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in connection with thefts from Amen East, an auto salvage business in Bagdad.
