Normally on the defensive, the Collins boys’ soccer team turned the tables on Saturday.
Trailing 30th District rival Anderson County at halftime, 1-0, the Titans became more offensive-mind in the second half – first tying the match, then winning it on Jack Oakey’s rebound goal in the second 5-minute overtime in Lawrenceburg.
“In the second half we changed up and went to more of an offensive setup,” said Collins Coach Scott Cress, whose team is 23rd in the state coaches preseason poll.
