A great team can come away with a win even when not being its best, and Collins boys’ basketball did just that on Thursday night in the 64-63 win over North Bullitt.
Collins shot 45 percent from the floor, including just 25 percent from three, but the effort by senior forward Nick Fort was enough to allow the Titans (4-2) to pick up the win by a razor-thin margin.
Fort hit eight of 12 shots from the floor and scored a game-high 18 points in the victory. He added 11 boards for the double-double.
