Memphis (Tenn.) Central dealt Shelby County a humbling 70-36 loss in the fifth-place game of the King of the Bluegrass Holiday Classic Tuesday evening.

The Rockets trailed by 15 at the half. The Warriors came out and nearly doubled that in the third quarter as Shelby turnovers became easy Central dunks, layups and more dunks.

Central's Jarnell Stokes, rated the third-best sophomore in the country, had a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds. His 6-foot-8 frame and that of 6-foot-7 teammate Cameron Clear all but negated any Shelby presence inside.

Warrior guard Allen Farmer scored a game-high 19 points. Shelby was led by Donovan Johnson, who scored 15 points before fouling out at the end of the third quarter.
