L for listen...Stacey Croxton used various sign language motions to get kindergarten children to understand zero level voices as they prepared for lunch at Clear Creek Elementary. Croxton had just finished reading The Kissing Hand. To assess the children’s thinking and comprehension, she asked what the book was about...answers included “raccoons” – “kissing the baby’s hand” – “kissing Mom’s hand because she was sad” – “leaving”.
