Drunken Driving/Traffic-Related

Hector O. Ganzalez, 24, of Louisville was arrested May 17 on Interstate 64 at Mile Marker 31 and charged with DUI first offense, no operator’s license and speeding.

Jessie T. Scrogam Jr., 26, of Bagdad was arrested May 15 on Jonathan Circle and charged with DUI, third offense in five years.

Terri M. Norton, 39, of Shelbyville was arrested May 13 on Brooks Industrial Road and charged with DUI under aggravating circumstances.

Joel D. Wisley, 22, of Shelbyville was arrested May 13 on U.S. 60 and charged with no operator’s license.

Alcohol/Drugs

Dion T. Cobb, 24, of Lawrenceburg was arrested May 15 at Lynne Acres and charged with alcohol intoxication and trespassing.

Juan Doe of Shelbyville was arrested May 16 on 8th Street and charged with alcohol intoxication and fourth-degree domestic assault.

Cortney N. Anderson, 26, of Shelbyville was arrested May 14 at Henry Clay and 8th Street and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

Theft-related

Jeremy E. Watters, 28, of Shelbyville was arrested May 12 on Taylorsville Road and charged with theft by unlawful taking from (three) autos.

Warrants

James M. Ragland, 30, of Louisville was arrested May 16 on Henry Clay Street on a Bullitt County warrant.

Thomas Andrew Price, 24, of Summit, Miss., was arrested May 14 at Henry Clay and 8th Street on a local bench warrant.
