DUI

Juan Ramos-Gutierrez, 23, of 638 10th St. was arrested Sept. 2 at 182 Midland Blvd. and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs under aggravating circumstances, first offense, no operator’s license, failure to wear a seat belt, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a vehicle and giving a false name or address to an officer.
