Driving Under the Influence

 

Kenneth D. Proffitt of 1411 Little Elk Road in Waddy was arrested Sept. 2 at 1600 Mount Eden Road and charged with DUI and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a vehicle.

 

Traffic

 

Wes R. Thompson, 30, of 3767 La Grange Road in Shelbyville was arrested Sept. 1 on Main Street and charged with operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.

 

Theft

 

Gary S. Allen, 20, of 3844 Frankfort Road in Shelbyville was arrested Sept. 2 on Hospital Drive and charged with receiving stolen property under $500 and served with a bench warrant from Shelby County.

Travis Q. Boone, 22, of 607 Indian Ridge in Shelbyville was arrested Sept. 7 at 1605 Midland Trail and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

 

Alcohol Intoxication

 

David Lee Allen, 47, of 21 Sacree Lane in Shelbyville was arrested Sept. 6 on Frankfort Road and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Antonio Rameriez, 46,  unknown address in Shelbyville was arrested Sept. 3 at Frankfort Road and Hi-Point and charged with alcohol intoxication.

 

Disorderly Conduct

 

William L. Rucker, 23, of 69 Arbor Green in Shelbyville was arrested Sept. 5 at 303 Main St. and charged with first-degree disorderly conduct and menacing.

 

Warrants

 

Sara E. Ettel, 25, of 1499 Hempridge Road in Shelbyville, was arrested Sept. 1 at 303 Main Street on Jefferson County warrants for theft of mail matter and theft by unlawful taking.

James Calvin Rodgers, 46, of 831 South Brook St. in Louisville was arrested Sept. 1 on 8th Street on a Jefferson County warrant.

Greg D. Haynes, 37, of 302 Girrard St. in Taylorsville was arrested Sept. 7 on the 100th block of Main Street on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
