Shelbyville Police Reports Oct. 7, 2009

Theft-Related

Donald E. Stark, 22, of 828 Henry Clay Street in Shelbyville was arrested Thursday at 120 Midland Trail and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

Efrain Luna Ortiz, 48, of city at large in Shelbyville was arrested Friday at 181 Boone Station Road and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
