DUI

Melody L. Abell, 48, of 81 Smithfield Road No. 1 was arrested Oct. 5 at Smithfield Road and Logan Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, careless driving and disregarding a traffic control device.

Theft

Jacqulin K. Haydon, 43, of 635 8th St. was arrested Oct. 8 at 303 Main St. and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, theft by unlawful taking and theft of identity of another without permission.
