Shelbyville Police Reports May 29, 2009

William C. Russell, 45, of Shelbyville, was arrested May 27 on Main Street and was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and failure to notify the Department of Transportation of an address change.

Joshua B. Spaulding, 20, of Eminence, was arrested May 27 on Osprey Cove and charged with disregarding a stop sign, failure to wear a seat belt and operating on a suspended operator’s license.

Donald Douglas, 37, of Lousville, was arrested May 26 at Highway 55 and I-64 and charged with speeding 19 miles over the speed limit.
