Driving Under the Influence

 

Daryll M. Craft, 33, of 48 Madie Lane in Shelbyville was arrested  March 14 at 20 Fairway Crossing and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants under aggravating circumstances, first offense.

Richard L. Benton, 37, of 106 Hillview Drive in Frankfort, was arrested March 15 on I-64 at mile marker 35 and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants under aggravating circumstances, second-offense.

Amanda R. King, 28, of 430 Thomas Way in Shelbyville was arrested at 1440 Mac Brae Lane and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants under aggravating circumstances, first offense and having a prescription controlled substance not in its original container.

 

Traffic-Related

 

Daniel Rangel, 26, of 307 Cherrywood Drive in Shelbyville was arrested March 15 on Midland Trail and charged with no operator’s license, one head light and no insurance.

Christopher S. Mullins, 31, of 820 Lakeview Drive, No. 72, in Shelbyville was arrested March 14 on Main Street and charged with operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license and having only one headlight.

Elvis A. Galindo, 19, of 75 Baker Drive, No. 6 in Shelbyville was arrested March 11 on Trace Lane and charged with operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.

 

Theft-Related

 

Silvia Janet Orellana, 32, of 201 A Street in Shelbyville was arrested March 15 at that address and charged with second-degree forgery and identity theft of another.
