DUI and Traffic-Related  

Andrew S. Tutor, 37, of 610 Crescent Court in Shelbyville was arrested Tuesday at 1631 Mount Eden Road and charged with DUI, having an open alcoholic-beverage container in the vehicle and no operator's license.

Juan Jose Ravdales, 45, of 3109 Cherchell Place, No. 120, of Louisville was arrested Tuesday at 8th and Washington Street and charged with no operator's license, no insurance, and two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Dean Beck, 30, of 7300 Six-Mile Lane in Louisville was arrested Wednesday at 3rd and Clay Streets and charged with disregarding a stop sign and operating on a suspended or revoked operator's license.

Jenna Raden, 18, of 130 Clifton Court in Shelbyville was arrested Wednesday at that address, and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Montoya R. Reed, 31, of 98 9th Street, No. 2, in Shelbyville was arrested Monday at that address, and charged with fourth-degree assault.

Helena L. Mackbee, 29, of 800 Main Street, No. 16, in Shelbyville was arrested Tuesday at that address and charged with alcohol intoxication and disorderly conduct.Shelbyville Police Reports
