DUI and Traffic Related  

Jennifer G. Stivers, 33, of Waddy was arrested Saturday on Indian Ridge and charged with DUI, first offense and possession of a controlled substance not in original container, first offense.

Idengo Reyes, 31, of Shelbyville was arrested Wednesday at Midland

and Mack Walters and charged with no operator's license, disregarding a traffic control device and no insurance.

  Theft-Related  

Robert Stephenson Hayes, 42, of Shelbyville was arrested Friday on Boone Station Road and charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument.

Danny Ray Krieger Jr., 26, of Okolona was arrested Saturday on Karen Court and charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

Alice Pace, 48, of Taylorsville was arrested Thursday at the Bingo Hall on Midland Boulevard and charged with three counts of theft by deception under $300 (bad checks).

Earl Dennis Dempsey, 50, of Shelbyville was arrested Wednesday on Valley View and charged with theft by unlawful taking over $300.

Lisa Darlene Downey, 36, of Shelbyville was arrested Wednesday on Valley View and charged with theft by unlawful taking over $300.

She was also served with a bench warrant from Henry County.

Christi Michele Robbins, 46, of Shelbyville was arrested Wednesday on Valley View and charged with theft by unlawful taking over $300 and tampering with physical evidence.

  Alcohol Intoxication  

Charles R. Adcock, 46, of Shelbyville was arrested Thursday on Mack Walters Road and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense.

Stephen Hunter Jr., 33, of Shelbyville was arrested Friday on Bland Avenue and charged with alcohol intoxication.

  Other  

Chris Franklin, 21, of Louisville was arrested Thursday on Baker Drive on a Jefferson County bench warrant for failure to appear in court.
