Driving Under the Influence
Jorge R. Diaz, 23, of 919 Bland Ave. in Shelbyville was arrested June 4 on Ernest Hawkins Way and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, first offense, no operator’s license and reckless driving.
Tamara Johnson, 23, of 106 Washington St. in Shelbyville was arrested June 3 at Mack Walters and Bridlewood and charged with no operator’s license, speeding and reckless driving.
Andres Coronado, 28, of 512 Willow Woods in Shelbyville was arrested June 3 at Peddlers Mall and charged with no operator’s license and unauthorized parking in a handicapped zone.
Whisman Brannon, 22, of 432 Mack Walters Road in Shelbyville, was arrested June 3 and charged with operating on a suspended operator’s license and disregarding a stop sign.
Amy R. Marlow, 42, of 401 Henry Clay Street in Shelbyville was arrested June 4 at that address and charged with second-degree burglary theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception (cold checks).
Nikki S. Craig, 21, of 403 Lynne Acres in Shelbyville was arrested June 9 on Midland Trail and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).

Street and Bland Avenue and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
Jose J. Quixan, 23, of 387 Midland Boulevard in Shelbyville was arrested June 6 at Baker Drive and Mareli Road and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense.
Cesar L. Jimenez, 32, of 600 3rd St. in Shelbyville was arrested June 4 and charged with first-degree assault.
Dillard T. Crowe, 55, of 2366 Shelbyville was arrested June 3 at that address on a Boyle County warrant for contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order, a Powell County warrant for theft by unlawful taking auto, a Bourbon County warrant for instructional permit violations, and two Fayette County warrants for attempting to obtain a controlled substance by false statement, first-degree forgery and for being a persistent felony offender.
Melvin E. Gaines Jr., 42, of 632 10th St. No. 1 in Shelbyville was arrested June 2 at that address on a Harrison County warrant.
