Driving Under the Influence

Jamie R. Rodgers, 24, of 1908 Jerico Road, No. 14, of La Grange, was arrested July 4 on I-64 and charged with DUI, first offense.

Richard D. Bailey, 21, of 194 Frontier Ave. in Taylorsville was arrested July 3 at 102 Taylorsville and charged with DUI under aggravating circumstances, possession of marijuana, disregarding a traffic-control device and expired operator’s license. He was also served with a Fayette County bench warrant.

Javier Quinonez, 33, of 108 Berkley Lane in Frankfort was arrested July 3 on Boone Station Road and charged with DUI, first offense and careless driving.

Theft-Related

Gregory Lancaster, 19, of 105 Ada Avenue in Shelbyville was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card  July 3, while he was incarcerated at the Shelby County Detention Center. The offense had been committed June 25 on Midland Trail.

Alcohol Intoxication

Gilberto Huitron, 52, of 208 Village Lane in Shelbyville was arrested July 6 at 5th and Henry Clay streets and charged with alcohol intoxication.

Auadalapa Luceno, 26, of 101 Penacle Point, No. 16 in Frankfort was arrested July 3 on Boone Station Road and charged with alcohol intoxication.

Walter Hernandez, 40, of 714 Henry Clay St. in Shelbyville was arrested July 4 at 1533 Midland Trail and charged with alcohol intoxication.

Everett L. Lancaster, 40, of 220 8th St. in Shelbyville was arrested July 6 at that address and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, second-degree disorderly conduct and menacing.

Burglary

Victor Garcia, 22, of 465 Midland Trail in Shelbyville was charged July 5 with second-degree burglary, while incarcerated at the Shelby County Detention Center. He was also charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Warrants

Freisy Osvaldo Osorio Hernandez, 21, of 314 Midland Blvd. No. 4, of Shelbyville was arrested July 3 at Peachtree Drive and U.S. 60 and charged with no operator’s license, expired tags, no registration recipe and failure to provide an insurance card.
