Omar Miranda Olegado, 25, of 339 Midland Blvd. was arrested Jan. 21 on Midland Boulevard and charged operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs under aggravating circumstances, no tail lamps and failure to wear a seat belt.

Ruben Maciel Tello, 26, of 2568 Waddy Road was arrested Jan. 28 at 182 Midland Trail and charged with no operator’s license, improper registration plate, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and unauthorized parking in a handicapped zone.
