DUI

Paul J. Greenwell, 64, of 700 Charleston Way was arrested Aug. 7 at 181 Boone Station Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Domestic Violence

Kenneth A. Hestand, 18, of 614 8th St. was arrested Aug. 4 at 400 Taylorsville Road and charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Bryan L. Harvey, 31, of 3616 Sylvia Court in Lexington, was arrested Aug. 7 at 1811 Oakwood Drive and charged with second-degree assault (domestic violence).
