DUI

 

Chrishandra Marie Murphy, 38, of 6615 Buckcreek Road in Finchville was arrested June 10 at Sanford and Seven Oaks roads and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, third offense and speeding.

Ismael Saucedo Jr., 27, of 309 Main St. in Simpsonville was arrested June 6 at Midland Trail and Haven Hill and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs under aggravating circumstances, first offense, careless driving, driving on a suspended operator’s license and second-degree wanton endangerment.

Michael R. Summitt, 48, of 212 Alto St. was arrested June 9 at Mack Walters Road and  Willowwood Drive and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs under aggravating circumstances, first offense, disregarding a stop sign, resisting arrest and failure to wear a seat belt.

 

Traffic

 

Santos Hipolito Gamez, 42, of 54 Autumn Ridge Road was arrested June 8 at Midland Boulevard and Baker Drive and charged with speeding, no rear lights and no operator’s license.

German Guice Cipriana, 40, of 175 Kentucky St. was arrested June 8 on the 400 block of Henry Clay Street and charged with no operator’s license and speeding. He was also served with a Shelby County warrant for an unstated charge.

Selvin Ramirez Lopez, 24, of 64 Autumn Ridge was arrested June 10 on Cardinal Drive and Sanford Road and charged with no operator’s license and speeding.

 

Drugs

 

Vincent Wilson, 68, of 220 Little Union Road in Taylorsville was arrested June 4 at Kentucky Street and Aspen Way and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and speeding.

Raymond Birdstone, 63, of 118 Hardin Court in Taylorsville was arrested June 4 at Kentucky Street and Aspen Way and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).

Anthony Lamont Hill, 31, of 220 Short St. was arrested June 10 at 1806 Blackwell Road and charged with possession of marijuana, tampering with physical evidence, resisting arrest and third-degree criminal trespass.

 

Domestic Violence

 

Calvin J. Booker, 34, of 430 Midland Blvd. was arrested June 2 at that address and charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) with no visible injury and second-degree assault.

Darran A. Moore, 41, of 155 Baker Drive, No. 132, was arrested June 3 at that address and charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) with minor injury.

 

Public Intoxication

 

Matthew J. White, 31, of 995 Waddy Road was arrested June 3 at 225 Rosewood Lane and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense and second-degree disorderly conduct.

 

Other

 

Paul A. Thomas, 49, of 187 Kentucky St. was arrested June 5 at that address and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing government operations.

 

Warrants

 

Todd Mitchel Kersker, 48, of 403 Eastview Circle was arrested June 10 at 613 2nd St. on a Jefferson County warrant for first-degree possession of a controlled substance and loitering.

Joshua A. Stump, 32, of 726 S. Lawn Drive, No. 3, was arrested June 3 at that address on a Shelby County warrant for receiving stolen property under $500.

Blanca Garcia, 25, of 38 Lees Court was arrested June 6 at that address on a Shelby County warrant for an unstated charge.

Helena Mockbee, 34, of 1086 Back Creek Road in Mount Eden was arrested June 6 on Taylorsville Road on two Shelby County warrants for unstated charges.

Ervin Herrena Orego, 23, of 155 Baker Drive, No. 130, was arrested June 7 at that address on a Shelby County warrant for failure to appear in court and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Phillip E. Bynum Sr., 54, of 1642 Juniper Drive was served June 5 at the Shelby County Detention Center with a Shelby County warrant for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charlotte Rossetti, 44, of Seminole Drive, No. 2B, was arrested June 5 at that address on a Shelby County warrant for theft by deception.

James Marshall Jones Jr., 30, of 41 Madie Lane was served June 5 at the Shelby County Detention Center with a Shelby County warrant for an unstated charge.

Chivez M. Johnson, 20, of unknown address was served June 5 at the Shelby County Detention Center with a Shelby County warrant for first-degree robbery, impersonating a peace officer, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense (drug unspecified) and trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 oz., first offense.
