DUI

Penny Tackett, 55, of Shelbyville, was arrested Nov. 8 on Midland Trail and charged with DUI.

Lawrence R. Schnieders, 50, of Shelbyville, was arrested Nov. 8 on Boone Station Road and charged with DUI.

Other Traffic Offenses

Jeovany Ramos Ramirez, 25, of Shelbyville, was arrested Nov. 5 on Kentucky Street and charged with speeding, no operator's license, no registration and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Eson Roblero, 18, of Shelbyville, was arrested Nov. 5 on Kentucky Street and charged with no operator's license, failure to register or transfer a motor vehicle, permitting an unlicensed operator to operate a motor vehicle and no insurance.

Francisco Angeli, 23, of Shelbyville, was arrested Nov. 6 on Midland Boulevard and charged with no operator's license and rear license plate not illuminated.

Bradley Roberts, 19, of Shelbyville, was arrested Nov. 10 on Washington Street and charged with no registration, no insurance, operating on a suspended license and failure to notify the department of transportation of address change.

Theft-Related

Anastastia M. Turner, 20, of Louisville, was arrested Nov. 7 on Boone Station Road and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

Jessica R. Hardaway, 18, of Shelbyville, was arrested Nov. 11 on Taylorsville Road and charged with theft by unlawful taking (two counts), fraudulent use of a credit card (four counts) and identity theft (two counts).

Lindsay A. Flagg, 18, of Shelbyville, was arrested Nov. 11 at Wal-Mart and charged with theft by unlawful taking and fraudulent use of a credit card.

Drug-Related

Michael Tillman, 51, of Shelbyville, was arrested Nov. 6 on Main Street and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (rock cocaine) and possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense.

Sylvio Ramirez Santos, age unknown, of Shelbyville, was arrested Nov. 7 on Midland Boulevard and charged with alcohol intoxication.

Other

Anthony Eugene Armato, 18, of Shelbyville, was arrested Nov. 10 on Main Street and charged with use of a minor in a sexual performance and possession of matter portraying the sexual performance of a minor.
