Cresencio Martinez of Frankfort was arrested Oct. 21 on Benson Trace Drive and charged with no operator's license, reckless driving, no insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Mary A. Cubert of Shelbyville was arrested Oct. 22 at Midland Trail and Ashland and charged with DUI, first offense and disregarding a stop sign.

William L. Rucker of Shelbyville was arrested Oct. 25 on Old Mill Road and charged with speeding and operating on a suspended license.
