Theft

Dennis F. Rogers 48, of 800 Main St. No. 1, was arrested Oct. 20 at that address and charged with receiving stolen property under $300, drinking an alcoholic beverage in a public place and third-degree criminal trespassing.

Charles G. White, 38, of 1616 Lakeside Drive was arrested Oct. 24 at 1605 Midland Trail and charged with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) and alcohol intoxication in a public place, third offense.
