Shelby students honored at UL

Shelby County students were named to the dean’s scholar list at the University of Louisville. Generally, a student who is a dean's scholar has a 4.0 grade-point average and a student named to the dean's list has a 3.5 grade-point average. Shelby County students listed on the dean’s scholar list were Devon Nicole Gaines, Mary H. Harrod, Jessica Rene' Hettenbach, Katy Newlin, Kayla Kathleen Pilcher, Kaitlin Keely Spellman, Chelsea Taylor Sutton, Leah Gail Todd; and Janae Elizabeth Lewis of Simpsonville.
