Shelby cross country teams prepped for regional

The Shelby County High School boys' and girls' cross country teams will travel to Charlie Vettiner Park in the Fern Creek area of Louisville for the regional cross country meet Saturday.

Both the Rockets and Lady Rockets look to be major players in the race.

The boys' race looks to be a two-team battle for first, and for SCHS to win, head coach Randall McDowell said the team must be at its best.
