Driving Under The Influence

William M. Riddle, 43, of 1719 Cherry Lane in Shelbyville was arrested Sept. 8 at that address and served with a warrant for DUI first offense.

Humberto T. Cruz, 51, of 74 Spruce St. in Shelbyville was arrested Thursday on Cherry Lane and charged with DUI first offense, disregarding a stop sign and careless driving.

Arlen L. Gusthrson, 70, of 10223 Shelbyville Road in Simpsonville was arrested Sept. 4 on U.S., 60 in Simpsonville and charged with DUI.
