Maria Moran, 32, of 1696 Lees Court in Shelbyville was arrested Sunday on Frankfort Road and charged with careless driving, operating on a suspended or revoked operator's license and failure to produce an insurance card.

Charles Jones, 36, of 8704 Rebecca Scott Way in Louisville, was arrested Sunday on I-64 West at the 40th mile marker and charged with careless driving, no insurance, having an open alcoholic beverage container in the vehicle and DUI.

Antonio G. Cruz, 30, of 704 Shelby Manor in Shelbyville was arrested Wednesday on the 1800 block of Midland Trail and charged with careless driving, improper parking violations, no operator's license and failure to maintain insurance, first offense.

Carlos Alfredo, 34, of 132 Baker Drive in Shelbyville was arrested Tuesday on Baker Drive and charged with disregarding a stop sign, no operator's license, and failure to maintain insurance, first offense.

Steven I. Hankins Jr., 33, of 2689 Seaton Springs Road in Sevierville, Tenn., was arrested Saturday on Main Street and charged with DUI, first offense, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, reckless driving and failure to maintain insurance, first offense.

  Assault

Charles Gaines, 25, of 167 Harrington Mill Road in Shelbyville was arrested Oct. 8 on Main Street and charged with second-degree assault, domestic violence.

Helen L. Sizemore, 38, of 510 Spring St. in Shelbyville was arrested Oct. 14 at that address and charged with fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with no visible injury and resisting arrest.

Coret T. Glenn, 20, of Mandi Lane in Jasper, Ala., was arrested Saturday on Pearce Industrial Road and charged with fourth-degree domestic assault with minor injury and possession of marijuana.

Ubaldo D. Mancilla, 29, of 2169 Wesley Apartments No. A-9 in Shelbyville was arrested Sunday at 2169 Midland Trail and charged with fourth-degree domestic assault with no visible injury.

Aundrea Lyons, 24, of 2943 Waddy Road in Waddy was arrested Monday at that address and charged with fourth-degree domestic assault, possession of marijuana, cultivating marijuana, first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense.

Robert J. Lyons, 28, of 2943 Waddy Road in Waddy was arrested Monday on Waddy Road and charged with cultivating marijuana, first offense, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense.

Samantha M. Curci, 19, of 202 Locust Grove Road in Shelbyville was arrested Tuesday on Taylorsville Road and charged with shoplifting.

  Warrants

Nathaniel Hughes, 27, of 1243 S. Brook St. No. 3 was arrested Friday on South 6th Street on a Jefferson County bench warrant for nonsupport.

Cipriano Moto, 34, of 1020 8th St. Apt. 3 in Shelbyville was served with a Shelby County bench warrant for failure to appear in court Tuesday at the detention center.

Gilbert Chapman, 56, of Shelbyville was served with a Carroll County bench warrant for contempt of court/libel/slander at the detention center on Tuesday.

Jose F. Alvardo, 35, of 40 Madie Lane in Shelbyville was arrested Oct. 14 on Main Street on a bench warrant for contempt of court libel/slander.

Kenneth E. Kowalski, 35, of 1152 McCormack Road in Waddy was arrested Oct. 14 on Mount Eden Road on four bench warrants for (1) operating on suspended or revoked operator's license (2) DUI, first offense (3) shoplifting (4) theft by unlawful taking (gasoline).
