Tinashe Mapfumo of 6804 Brook Terrace Dr. in Louisville was arrested June 10 on I-64 and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, first offense, careless driving and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

Matthew A. Harrison of 316 4th Ave. N.W. in Largo, Fla., was arrested June 23 on I-64 and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense.
