DUI

Chrystal N. Cowles of 25 Burba Lane in Brandenburg was arrested June 16 on I-64 and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, second offense, driving on a DUI suspended license, first offense, reckless driving, second-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified) and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

Vincent R. Robidoux of 130 Belleau Wood Circle in Belle Chase, La., was arrested June 18 on I-64 and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, first offense, careless driving, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, having a prescription not in its original container, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oscar Melendez Jr. of 1151 Lakeview Drive was arrested June 15 on I-64 and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, first offense, disregarding a stop sign and no operator’s license.

Patrick J. Buckley of 1052 Lake Placid Drive in Toms River, N.J., was arrested June 1 on Aristocrat Court and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants under aggravating circumstance, first offense, disregarding a stop sign, first-degree wanton endangerment, failure to produce an insurance card and leaving the scene of an accident.

Roberto Gonzalez of 23 Broko Lane in Smithfield was arrested June 3 at Taylorsville Road and U.S. 60 and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, first offense and careless driving.

Timothy T. Brown of 8850 Highway 62 in Cynthiana was arrested June 30 on I-64 and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, first offense, expired registration plates and no insurance.

Gabriel Aaron Demoff of 82 Lochwood Ct. in New Albany, Ind., was arrested June 30 on Mount Eden Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, third offense, driving on a DUI suspended license, first offense and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a vehicle.

Drugs

Stacy L. Johnson of 595 Heinsville Road was arrested June 15 on Midland Trail and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud or false statement/forgery and no operator’s license.

Domestic Violence

Jason B. Thompson of Greenview Motel, No. 127 was arrested June 26 at 2366 Shelbyville Road and charged with fourth-degree assault and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

Public Intoxication

Jessie Owens of Marshall Court was arrested July 1 at 2400 Eagle Pass and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, first offense.

Tammy Rafferty of 373 Coors Drive was arrested June 18 on Coors Drive on a Shelby County warrant for failure to appear in court.

Louis J. Blasé of 2208 Antioch Road was arrested June 14 at 401 Main St. on a Shelby County warrant for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, first offense and speeding 19 miles over the limit.

Hugo Hernandez of 114 Baker Drive was arrested June 18 at that address on a Shelby County warrant for an unstated charge.

Paul Perez of 7415 Steeple Chase Circle No. 105 in Louisville was arrested June 13 at 2163 Two Springs Drive on a Shelby County warrant for an unspecified charge.

Broderick Wilson of 1701 White Oak Drive was arrested June 1 on Main Street on a Shelby County warrant for an unstated charge.

Amanda Shields of 2702 Aiken Road was served June 1 at the Shelby County Detention Center with a Shelby County warrant for an unstated charge.

Amanda E. Hulvey of 9309 Aiken Road was arrested June 3 at that address on a Shelby County warrant for second-degree burglary.

Manuel Arreola Gomez of Shelbyville was served May 22 at the Shelby County Detention Center with a Shelby County warrant for an unspecified charge.
