DUI

Timothy McQuillen, 52, of 1306 Buck Creek Road in Simpsonville was arrested Nov. 4 at U.S. 60 and Old Veechdale Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving on a DUI suspended license and careless driving.

Juan Cortez, 25, of 3950 Bellview Road was arrested Nov. 11 on Bellview Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, no operator’s license, careless driving, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a vehicle and failure to maintain required insurance, first offense.

 

Traffic

Austin Sean O’Brien, 19, of 3508 Knott Ave. in Knoxville, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 18 on KY 55 and charged with operating on a suspended license.

 

Drugs

Daryl J. Brock, 20, of 155 Baker Drive, No. 143, was arrested Oct. 26 on Taylorsville Road and charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, careless driving and license to be in possession.

David Garcia Quintin, 20, of Warrior’s Way was arrested Oct. 26 on Taylorsville Road and charged with public intoxication, possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and trafficking in a controlled substance.

Ray B. Shuck, 32, of 62 Pleasureville Road in Cropper was arrested Oct. 19 at that address and charged with manufacturing meth, first offense, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Leonard R. Holcomb, 32, of 73 Main St. in Pleasureville was arrested Oct. 19 at 62 Pleasureville Road and charged with manufacturing meth, first offense, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Richard Holcomb, 20, of 4318 N. Main St. in Eminence was arrested Nov. 3 on Eastview Circle and charged with trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces), first offense, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and giving a false name or address to a police officer. He was also served with a Henry County warrant for theft by unlawful taking.

 

Public Intoxication

Walter Hernandez, 42, of 714 Henry Clay St. was arrested Oct. 28 on Main Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place first and second offense.

John A. Neri, 27, of 59 Megan Blvd. in Taylorsville was arrested Nov. 15 on Taylorsville Road and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense and first-degree promoting contraband.

 

Theft

Tanner W. Williamson, 19, of 105 Rolling Ridge Way in Simpsonville was arrested Oct. 22 at 501 Main St. and charged with receiving stolen property (firearm).

Carl W. Hughes, 58, of 2270 Hinkle Lane was arrested Oct. 25 on Main Street and charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000.

Denita Watkins, 43, of 100 Hud St. in Eminence was arrested Nov. 1 at Walmart and charged with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).

Susan Stone, 39, of 1603 Juniper Drive was arrested Nov. 1 at Walmart and charged with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).

Glenda J. Holcomb, 25, of 901 Osage Court in New Castle was arrested Nov. 11 on Taylorsville Road and charged with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).

Araceli Salas Guerrero, 39, of 1210 Logan Station Road was arrested Nov. 8 at 501 Main St. and charged with theft of identity of another without consent.

Kimberly L. Mills, 26, of 2251 Conner Station Road in Simpsonville was arrested Nov. 8 at Walmart and charged with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).

Allen S. Hamilton, 25, of 3251 Conner Station Road in Simpsonville was arrested Nov. 8 at Walmart and charged with theft by unlawful taking under $500 (shoplifting). He was also served with a Jefferson County warrant for leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid.
