Joshua C. Edwards, 21, of 585 Paddock Lane in Simpsonville was arrested May 22 at Paddock Lane and Todds Point Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, second-degree wanton endangerment, reckless driving and second-degree criminal mischief.
