DUI

Carl L. Froman, 53, of 411 E. Main St. in Shelbyville was arrested April 30 on Bellview Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense and operating an ATV on the roadway.

Samantha F. Howard, 19, of 10202 El Ventoso Court in Louisville was arrested May 7 on I-64 and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense.

Stacie L. Hope, 39, of 3151 Countryside Drive in Simpsonville was arrested May 21 on Shelbyville Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, first-degree wanton endangerment and failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, first offense.

Traffic

Luis A. Nieves-Ortiz, 20, of 144 Haven Hill Road, No. 402, was arrested May 1 at Old Finchville Road and Old Mill Road and charged with failure to register the transfer of a motor vehicle, license to be in possession and failure of owner to maintain required insurance, first offense.

Domestic Violence

Stafford J. Mitchell, 49, of 113 Hotel Street in Bagdad, No. 65, was arrested May 16 at 1570 Waddy Road and charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) with no physical injury, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, resisting arrest, second-degree assault (of police officer), first-degree promoting contraband and terroristic threatening.

Drugs

Veramonica L. Scott, 46, of 2366 Shelbyville Road was arrested May 18 at 2366 Shelbyville Road (Greenview Motel) and charged with illegal possession of a legend drug, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Theft

Ashley Hughes, 39, of 117 Fairview Dr. in Waddy was arrested May 6 on Taylorsville Road and charged with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).

Patricia Murphy, 28, of 116 Dobner Way in Eminence was arrested May 9 on Taylorsville Road and charged with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).

Jerry Lee Webb, 29, of 206 Old Bailey Ave. in Frankfort was arrested May 20 at 500 Taylorsville Road (Walmart) and charged with shoplifting.

Public Intoxication

Harold T. Warren, 46, of 4300 Lebanon Road in Bagdad was arrested April 29 on Cropper Road and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense.

Anthony Davis, 18, of 5564 Aiken Road  was arrested May 2 on Eminence Pike and charged with being intoxicated in a public place (excludes alcohol), first and second offense.

Jesus Escobar-Valarquez, 26, of 144 Greenview Motel was arrested May 6 on Shelbyville Road and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Joshua A. Gaines, 26, of 2943 Waddy Road was arrested May 6 on Freedom's Way and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense.

Criminal Trespass

Chris Sanders, 51, of 931 Guist Creek Drive was arrested May 10 at that address and charged with third-degree criminal trespass and third-degree terroristic threatening.

Warrants

Shannon Burke, 25, of 802 First Ave. in Frankfort was arrested May 3 on Zaring Mill Road on a Shelby County warrant for contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order.

Michael Heady, 20, of 35 Raven Ct. was arrested May 9 on Raven Court on a Shelby County warrant for failure to appear in court.

Larry O. Steff, 63, of 598 Kentucky St. was arrested May 22 on Kentucky Street on a Shelby County warrant for theft by deception (cold checks under $10,000).

Latasha A. Ringer, 24, of 406 Highland Ave. No. 1 of Georgetown was arrested May 15 at the Shelby County Courthouse on a Shelby County warrant of unspecified charges.

LaQuisha D. Mosby, 30, of 3000 Ash Ave. in Pewee Valley was served May 18 at that address with a Shelby County warrant for being a fugitive from another state.

Asha F. Kilgure, 26, of 3000 Ash Ave. in Pewee Valley was served May 18 at that address with a Shelby County warrant for being a fugitive from another state (Indiana).

Rafael J. Delgadillomelo, 20, of 204 Freeman Ave. in Louisville was arrested May 21 at 401 Main St. with a Shelby County warrant of an unspecified nature.

George Pineda, 42, of 1780 Muir Station Road in Lexington was served May 21 at the Detention Center with a Fayette County warrant of an unspecified charge.
